Terms and Conditions

1. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. (Please refer to Instagram for updates)

2. Gifts, admission tickets, and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other items.

3. Whisky Live & Bar Show 2024 admission tickets are valid only for the event on 16 November 2024.

4. Redemption of vouchers or free drinks at bars: Limited to one redemption per transaction. (Applicable to participating bars only)

5. Redemption of 700ml bottles must be done at the CRU Media Ltd. office during office hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm (excluding public holidays). Participants can redeem both the

20-stamp and 40-stamp bottles simultaneously with 40 stamps before the promotion ends (subject to availability).

6. Limited to one card tap per person per bar per day. Each tap requires login, and the system will automatically determine if it’s the first tap of the day and issue stamps accordingly.

7. Whisky Live & Bar Show 2024 ticket redemption method: Present your collected badges to the staff at the Whisky Live & Bar Show 2024 venue.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the rewards and redemption methods without prior notice.

8. Prizes will be randomly distributed within the specified value range. The actual content may differ from that shown in promotional materials, which are for reference only. All prizes are

available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis until stocks last.

Registration for Hong Kong Bar Show 2024

The Hong Kong Bar Show 2024 Organizing Committee (“we” or “us”) values the privacy of all individuals. We are committed to handling all collected personal data in accordance with the

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, we may be unable to process your event registration if you choose not to provide

the required information.

 Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be used solely for event-related purposes. We may also capture images and footage during the event for non-commercial promotional, marketing, and publicity use.

 Sharing and Transfer of Personal Data

We maintain strict confidentiality of your personal data. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

We may share your data with third parties, including but not limited to consultants, contractors, data processors, and service providers engaged for the event.

We will disclose personal data if required by law or in response to legitimate requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

 Data Protection

Your personal data will be stored securely in line with current data protection standards.

We implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, processing, loss, or misuse of personal data.

 Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for six months following the event conclusion, until May 31, 2025. All data will be destroyed by June 1, 2025.

 Your Rights

You have the right to access and amend your personal data in our records. Please contact info@hkbarshow.com for such requests. A reasonable fee may be charged for processing data

access requests, as permitted by law. Those registering on behalf of others must secure prior consent before using another individual’s personal data.

 Participants Under 18

If you’re registering someone under 18 years old, you must get permission from their parent or legal guardian. Make sure the parent or guardian has read and agreed to this statement

before you give us any personal information about the young participant.
