Signature Cocktails for HK BAR SHOW
The infusion bar is inspired by historical methods of preserving ingredients during long sea voyages. Fruits, herbs and spices were steeped in alcohol to enhance their flavours and aromas over months at sea, resulting in unique and exciting combinations.
